I have been a member of the Drogheda Photographic Club since 1986.

I am interested in Sports Photography mainly canoeing but I also shoot local GAA and rugby matches. I also shoot nature in Ireland and travel with three friends every year around Europe usually for Hide Photography. I have have travelled extensively around the world and have a large collection of Travel images. I was a keen darkroom worker, developing and printing my own work.

I hold a distinction of AIPF as well as ARPS. I also hold a distinction of AFIAP.

I have served on the Committee of the DPC as Competition Secretary for some years as well as Competition Secretary with the Irish Photographic Federation for three years.

I am a Nikon user with D500 and D850 bodies. I use a Nikon 500 mm and 300 mm lenses for Nature and Sports Photography. For all other work I use Nikon 70/200 and 24/70 lenses.
